Name: David Hern KMHS Class of: 2004 College: Georgia Institute of Technology Year: Sophomore College Sport: Lacrosse Position: Midfielder Number: 5 Email: davidhern@gatech.edu
David's message:
Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Management degree and have a GPA of 3.84. I am a member of the Georgia Tech Men's Lacrosse team where I play as a midfielder. This will be my second year on the team. While playing for Tech, I've learned how to balance my time with class, studies (+/- 25 hours a week) and lacrosse. Last summer, I helped coach the KMHS Lacrosse Summer Camp and I hope to continue to do so in future summers. Lacrosse is an amazing sport full of team work, dedication and hard work. I've felt that way since I played as #22 for KMHS. I hope many of you learn as I have through this sport and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about lacrosse, college or anything. Good luck in your upcoming season Mustangs and make sure to come see some Georgia Tech lacrosse games, especially the GT vs. UGA game.

Name: Kyle Stewart KMHS Class of: 2005 College: University of Georgia Year: Freshman College Sport: Lacrosse Position: Midfielder Number: 15 (of course!) Email: stix1220@uga.edu
Kyle's Message:
What's up everyone! I can't tell you how important it is to set goals in high school, because I never would have made it to such a great college. College RULES! No moms, dads, or nagging siblings (occasional roomates though). I got a 4.0 last semester as a Physics and Astronomy major, but there's no telling how long that will last.
Lacrosse is ridiculous here. Behind the back goals are almost a weekly occurence at practice and everyone is awesome with a stick. It's completely another level. I play occasionally, but I don't start....other people are way older, experienced and just better players than me. I totally expect to see you guys at a game and if you can only make one, check out the championships at Northview High School this year. We finished third overall last year and this year we're even better. Shoot me an email if you need any information, if you're bored or you want wisdom from a 19 year old college kid. Good luck Mustangs! Have a great season!
